All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review your event and purchase details carefully before completing the transaction.

No Cancellations
All sales are final. Cancellations or changes to your ticket purchase are not permitted. Tickets cannot be transferred or rescheduled to another date or event.

Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the organizer postpones or cancels the event, ticket holders will be notified of the next steps. The organizer is solely responsible for any decisions regarding refunds or credits in the event of cancellation. Tickets99 is not liable for such decisions.

Non-Transferable

Event Conduct

Liability for Damages
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and for any damage they may cause to the event venue, facilities, or other individuals. The organizer reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by attendee misconduct.

I here by declare that the particulars furnished above are true to my knowledge and belief. I am / My Team members are participating in the AMAZING DASHAVATARA FOUNDATION Activities(Games, Adventure Activities) with my willingness and my parents consent. I / My Team members shall not hold the AMAZING DASHAVATARA FOUNDATION, who are organizing this activities responsible under any circumstances leading to any calamity whatever including loss and damages of life, limb & material. I / My team members shall abide by the principles of the AMAZING DASHAVATARA FOUNDATION.
